The detailed and memorable mural by artist Wayne St. Wayneon has been a work in progress for over 15 years! We ordered their signature cocktail, the Lemon Basil Cooler and the bruschetta. The bruschetta’s combination of goat cheese and balsamic reduction on grilled French bread made your mouth water for more. However, the hot item at this stop was the Lemon Basil cooler. This signature cocktail resembles a mojito, but with a few twists! Instead of mint, they substitute basil; instead of rum, they pour gin; and instead of limes, they use lemon!
